This Agreement describes the terms and conditions applicable to your use of all services offered by KNC Essentials. Shop (“KNC”) website. You acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions of this Agreement as well as any additional rules or policies that are or may be published by KNC in the future. This Agreement in addition to any other rules and policies, make up the complete and exclusive Agreement between you and KNC regarding your use of their services and supersedes and governs all prior proposals, agreements, or other communications. KNC shall not be liable for any cost, damage or tax arising either directly or indirectly from any KNC transaction.
You represent that You are over the age of 18. KNC does not permit those under 18 to use the Services.

KNC reserves the right to change the terms, conditions, and notices under whichthis site is offered, including but not limited to any charges associated with the use of this website. Unless otherwise stated, all amendments will be effective immediately upon posting on this website.

Applicable Law

These Terms and Conditions of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, U.S.A., excluding its conflict
of law rules. You expressly agree that the exclusive jurisdiction for any claim or action arising out of or relating to these Terms and Conditions of Service or use of the KNC website shall be Solano County, California.

Definition of Terms

“Destination Number” – The number the caller wishes to reach and that is enteredwhen prompted by the system prompt after the customer dials the access number. “Access Numbers” – KNC provides either a local (1 + Area Code + Number) or toll–free (1–800–704–6144) number that is dialed by the caller bypassing his primary carrier and routing the call to KNC. Once dialing the access number, the caller will be prompted to enter his destination number to complete the call. KNC has the sole right to change or remove access numbers at any time without notice.
“Website” – The website found contains specific prices and charges, service descriptions and other terms and conditions not set forth here that apply to KNC
service.

Eligibility

KNC’s services are only available to individuals who can form legally binding contracts under applicable law. Our services are not available to minors under the
age of 18. If you do not wish to use our services, please do not use the website.
KNC may refuse services to anyone at any time at our discretion. To be an eligible user of KNC’s services you must provide KNC with your name, residential address, and email address. Your account will be terminated immediately without prior notice if you knowingly provide false information.

Users may access the Website and certain portions of the Services without registering an account. To access and participate in certain features of the Services, including in the Application, Users must create an account (“Account”).

Registration.

Misuse of Your Account

By accepting service from KNC you agree not to misuse or engage in any illegal or unauthorized activity and that KNC may terminate or suspend your account and
status as a registered user if you do.

Termination

If You fail to comply with any of the terms in these Terms and Conditions, Your right to use the Services will immediately cease without further notice. We may
terminate or suspend user accounts if we reasonably suspect that You have breached these Terms and Conditions.

Restricted Activities

You agree that Your use of any Services, including any information or content, including photographs or other materials, that You provide at any point when using the Services, to the best of your knowledge, shall not: (a) be fraudulent, inaccurate or misleading; (b) infringe any third party’s intellectual property rights or rights of
publicity or privacy; (c) be illegal or violate any federal, state or local law, statute,ordinance, regulation or ethical code; (d) be defamatory, or unlawfully threatening or harassing; (e) be obscene; (f) contain any viruses, Trojan horses, or other computer programming routines that may damage, detrimentally interfere with, surreptitiously intercept or expropriate any system, data or personal information; or (g) create liability or loss for the Company. As a registered–account user of KNC services, you may not:
• Defame, abuse, harass, stalk, threaten, or otherwise violate the legal
rights of others.
• Publish, post, upload, distribute, or disseminate any inappropriate,
profane, defamatory, obscene, or illegal material and information.
• Upload images, artwork, or files that contain software or other
material protected by intellectual property laws unless you own images, artwork, or files or have control of the rights thereto, or have
received consent.
• Upload files that contain viruses, corrupted files, or any other similar
software or programs
• Publish any copyrighted or protected images of projects other than
your own.
• Publish, post or disseminate social and or marketing information not
related to KNC.

Services and Tutorials

KNC reserves the right to rescind the service of accounts if prior violations of these terms or conditions exist without notification. If KNC elects to rescind services, we will have no further obligations to you under these Terms and Conditions of service or in connection with your purchase or use of KNC products.
However, if there are no activities made with the account for 12 months, the account will become dormant and KNC will stop providing service. Your account can be reactivated at any time by contacting KNC directly shall the account remain in good standing. Tutorial access to particular classes purchased will be active for up to a year fromthe time of purchase and may become inactive soon after, However, should access require to be reinstated we will gladly do so.
To ensure quality control, video tutorials might from time to time be removed and/or updated, shall the link to a tutorial not work properly you should inform KNC directly. Tutorials shall only be accessed by the account holder; violation of these terms may terminate or suspend your account and status as a registered user.

Consent to Receive SMS Text Messages

By using the KNC service the customer consents to receive SMS text messages from KNC and its authorized agents on a needed basis. Customers may decline to receive SMS text messages by notifying KNC at the time of transaction.

From time to time the KNC website may contain links to other websites Those linked sites are not under our control and KNC is not responsible for the contents of these linked sites. Those linked sites are provided to you only as a convenience, and the inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by KNC of the site or any association with its operators.

The information, software, products, and services included in or available through the KNC website may include inaccuracies or typographical errors, and changes
are periodically made to the information herein, which may include discrepancies in actual colors shown on the product’s images due to the digital quality of the images. KNC may make improvements and/or changes to the KNC website at any time without advanced warnings. KNC makes no representations about the suitability, reliability, availability, timeliness, and accuracy of the information, software, products, and services contained on the KNC website for any purpose. To the extent permitted by applicable law, all such information, software, products, and services are provided
